** Children must be under the age of 13.
** Refunds are not available after the selected date.
** Once the barcode has been received, the ticket cannot be refunded.
** Mandatory Helmet Use **
Helmet use has become mandatory from December 2025. All skiers and snowboarders are required to wear a helmet.
Please note that you may be denied access to the lifts if you are not wearing one.
There is a helmet rental counter next to the Dragon Plaza ticket office, so please make sure to rent a helmet and wear it.

Please visit Information desk in Dragon valley Hotel lobby.
Location : Dragon Valley Hotel Lobby (In front of Chalet restaurant)
